Vaccines: All grooming patients must be up-to-date on required vaccinations. Dogs must be vaccinated for DA2PP, Rabies, Bordetella, and Influenza. The Intranasal Bordetella vaccine is protective for 1 year against 3 agents of canine respiratory diseases. The Injectable and Oral Bordetella vaccinations are protective annually as well, however, please be advised that these forms of the vaccine are only protective against 1 agent of canine respiratory disease. Cats must be vaccinated for FVRCP and Rabies. It is the owner’s responsibility to provide evidence of current vaccine status for their pet(s) prior to or at the time of the appointment. If this evidence is not provided, we will assume the pet(s) is not current and will need to reschedule your pet’s appointment.
Flea prevention: We require grooming patients to be on a flea preventative. If fleas are found on a pet while here, a flea treatment will be administered at the owner’s expense.
Safety: Aggressive or uncooperative pets may need to be sedated before grooming. We will contact you for consent before administering sedation. Sedation requires a physical exam by the veterinarian. We reserve the right to turn away any pet that is too aggressive to groom safely.
Services: A full groom includes a bath, toenail trim, ears cleaned, trimmed & styled to your liking. Anal gland expression and ear plucking must be specifically requested when your pet is admitted for grooming.
Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your pet’s groom, a complaint must be filed with the office manager and/or groomer within 24 hours of when services are rendered. There are no refunds on grooming services; however, if a reasonable complaint is filed within 24 hours, the groomer will touch your pet up at no additional charge.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time services are provided. We accept Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, American Express, Cash and Check payments.
