The staff sincerely care about the well being of my pet and are very friendly. They take the time to answer my questions and concerns.

Our five-year-old golden retriever, Rosie, has been through more health scares than any dog should have so early in life, the biggest being two torn CCLs. After her second tear and surgery, the care and guidance we received were absolutely incredible. The doctors did an amazing job recommending next steps, and the therapy services at Shawnee Hills truly exceeded our expectations. Dr. Jake and Bree took exceptional care of Rosie throughout her rehabilitation. Their patience, expertise, and genuine love for what they do helped Rosie regain strength, confidence, and mobility—and gave us confidence too. Watching her progress from being timid at vet visits to literally pulling me through their doorway in excitement says everything. I’m so grateful for Dr. Jake, Bree, and the time, dedication, and heart it takes to build and run a rehabilitation clinic like this. Rosie is where she is today because of them, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

All staff members are always so friendly and helpful with each encounter. I appreciate the connections they make with Copper, establishing the relationship to make him feel at ease when he visits! I also appreciate the patience from the doctors and staff members when answering my many questions about Coppers health care!

It’s just wonderful to see people who really care what you say and your animals and that’s how they are are there.  We are super lucky to have them take care of our dog!!

Hands down, the love that is given to my dog by the staff at AHSH is what makes me recommend it to other pet owners. Not only do they give him great treatment when he is at the clinic, but they consistently take the extra step to check in on him when he is home.

We used to take our family dog Charlie here growing up and now I take my own dog Tucker. Everyone here is so amazing and kind. I never feel like they are trying to upsell or that anything is about money. They are very genuine and understanding and truly care. Tab is awesome!! I would 10/10 recommend.

Wow, what a great Veterinary clinic! Clean, friendly service, and outstanding follow up care! We had to get our Zoe in urgently for an injury. They got us in quick and took such good care of her. Their pricing is fair and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I especially enjoyed getting a follow-up text days later asking how Zoe was doing. It’s the little things that really mean a lot!
